We ship to Canada and USA only. Canadian orders are fulfilled and delivered normally between 3 to 9 business days via Ground delivery, unless otherwise requested.
We also offer our Winnipeg customers a free curbside pick-up option during store hours. Please select this option at checkout if it applies to you.
Please note that we are not responsible for missing packages where address information has been incorrectly entered through the ordering process, for packages damaged in transport or for package returned to us.
Shipping timelines are as follows:
Canada: 3 - 9 business days
USA: 7 - 15 days
While prompt delivery is of the utmost importance to us, shipping delay may occur due to unforseen circumstances. If your shipping need is urgent, please contact us, and we can arrange for other options.
Return & Exchange Policy
All Sales Are Final. There will be no returns, exchanges or refunds.
**Due to hygiene reasons, there will strictly be no returns, exchanges or refunds on all products.
All goods will undergo additional steps of quality control before being shipped to you. In the unlikely event that you receive a wrong or defective product, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to replace it for you at no extra cost upon review.
We highly recommend contacting us prior to placing an order if you have any questions or doubts. We'd be happy to clarify any queries you may have.
Store & CANCELLATION Policy
Seduta is an art supplies and gallery store located in the Exchange district of Winnipeg, Manitoba Canada. If you have any questions about our product and services, please contact us via email at email@example.com. We also offer expression classes on Fridays and Saturdays, where we empower you to unearth your creative self. In addition, we do offer our space for bookings if you are hosting an event, up to a maximum of 10 occupants. Please note that cash is not accepted in-store.
Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a rebooking charge of $25.
To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

SECTION 4 – WIX
Our store is hosted on Wix. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Wix data storage, databases and the general Wix application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Square stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
